The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has unveiled a new digital platform known as Rev360 as part of efforts to modernise tax administration and simplify tax processes for individuals and businesses across the country.

The launch of the platform marks a significant step in the agency’s drive to embrace technology and improve efficiency in revenue collection. According to the NRS, Rev360 is designed to replace outdated and fragmented systems with a more integrated and user-friendly digital structure.

Speaking on the development, the Executive Chairman of the service, Zacch Adedeji, said the initiative reflects the agency’s commitment to transforming tax administration into a seamless and transparent process that supports national development.

He explained that the platform would make tax filing easier, provide real-time access to tax records, improve compliance monitoring, and reduce delays often associated with manual procedures.

The service noted that Rev360 would also enhance transparency, accountability, and convenience for taxpayers, while creating a better overall user experience.

To ensure a successful rollout, the NRS disclosed that it had embarked on nationwide sensitisation programmes, stakeholder engagement sessions, webinars, and staff training to prepare users for the transition.

In addition, a support system has been put in place to assist taxpayers, consultants, and businesses through help desks, frequently asked questions, and multiple communication channels.

The introduction of Rev360 is expected to strengthen confidence in the tax system, improve revenue generation, and align Nigeria’s tax administration with global digital standards.
