Abuja, Nigeria – April 15, 2026
The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has announced the forthcoming launch of Rev360, a next-generation revenue administration platform aimed at transforming tax administration across the country. According to the Service, the platform is scheduled to go live on April 30, 2026.
The NRS described the development as a major milestone in its ongoing efforts to improve efficiency, transparency, and taxpayer experience within Nigeria’s tax system.
Rev360 is expected to represent the next phase in the evolution of tax administration in Nigeria. The Service noted that it has steadily moved from fragmented manual processes to more digital and accessible systems through earlier platforms such as TaxPro Max, which enabled electronic filing, enhanced compliance, and reduced physical interactions.
Building on these achievements, Rev360 is designed as a more advanced, integrated, and intelligent ecosystem that meets the growing needs of taxpayers and the wider economy.
According to the statement, the new platform ushers in an era of Tax Administration 3.0, characterized by end-to-end automation, real-time reporting, and embedded tax processes within taxpayers’ everyday systems. The NRS said the innovation would deliver faster processing times, improved decision-making, stronger compliance measures, and a more seamless user experience.
Taxpayers are also expected to enjoy more options and flexibility in their interactions with the Service.
The introduction of Rev360 aligns with the broader technology advancement strategy of the NRS under the leadership of Executive Chairman Zacch Adedeji, PhD. The agency stated that the initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, boosting taxpayer confidence, and aligning with global best practices.
Following a successful pilot phase, the initial rollout of Rev360 will begin with Medium and Emerging Taxpayers as the first stage of implementation. The Service explained that a phased deployment approach has been adopted to ensure system stability and provide users with adequate support during the transition.
The NRS also revealed that comprehensive communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives are underway to ensure readiness ahead of the official launch.
Reaffirming its commitment to innovation and service excellence, the Nigeria Revenue Service said Rev360 marks another key step in its mission to provide efficient, transparent, and taxpayer-focused services while contributing to national development.
